Our nightmare started in December when we brought back BBs from our hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN.

I had my pest control company come in and do the chemical treatment first. This involved removing EVERYTHING from my home along with multiple other things. A lot went on and it was a nightmare.

Two months after having the chemical treatment done and them having to come back 3 times to spray, we were still having an issue. I had it narrowed down to my son's room. I researched companies and read the reviews. I called Gary and he answered right away. He talked with me as long as I had questions and answered them to the best of his ability. He brought Zeb in and sure enough found 4 places. 3 in my son's room and 1 in his bathroom. (clothes hamper) We talked about prep (defiantly no where near the chemical prep) and he came and completed the treatment process. He kept me updated throughout the day when I asked questions and was very honest.

He brought Zeb back and he did not alert anywhere in the house.

He even checked my parents house and our camper for peace of mind. A week later and Gary is still kind enough to talk to me and answer any questions my anxiety-ridden self may have!
